This marks an exciting new chapter for Safetica as we expand our brand recognition across the Americas, and we’re looking for a motivated, self-driven Business Development Manager to join us remotely from Brazil.
This role requires a hands-on approach - cold calling and emailing potential customers, partnering with marketing to qualify leads, and collaborating with partners to convert opportunities into regional growth.
Job requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in business development, direct sales, or a similar role. Proven track record of driving results - experience in the SaaS or cybersecurity industry is a big plus.
A knack for spotting and securing new business opportunities, with the skills to turn them into long-term success.
A deep understanding of the Brazilian market and its unique business landscape.
Strong communication and negotiation skills that help you build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to analyze sales data to drive informed decisions.
A self-starter attitude, combined with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese, both written and verbal.
Flexibility to travel within Brazil and internationally when needed
What can you look forward to:
Leverage the groundwork laid by our distributors to strengthen Safetica’s presence in Brazil, actively working to convert leads into long-term customers.
Proactively engage in outbound outreach - cold calling, emailing, and networking to identify and qualify new business opportunities to pass to our partners.
Expand our reach by working with established, regulated market segments that already benefit from our solutions while also exploring new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with sales engineering, support, and engineering teams to tailor solutions, ensuring a seamless customer journey from first contact to long-term success.
