This marks an exciting new chapter for Safetica as we expand our brand recognition across the Americas, and we’re looking for a motivated, self-driven Business Development Manager to join us remotely from Brazil.

This role requires a hands-on approach - cold calling and emailing potential customers, partnering with marketing to qualify leads, and collaborating with partners to convert opportunities into regional growth.

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in business development, direct sales, or a similar role. Proven track record of driving results - experience in the SaaS or cybersecurity industry is a big plus.

  • A knack for spotting and securing new business opportunities, with the skills to turn them into long-term success.

  • A deep understanding of the Brazilian market and its unique business landscape.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills that help you build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to analyze sales data to drive informed decisions.

  • A self-starter attitude, combined with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.

  • Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese, both written and verbal.

  • Flexibility to travel within Brazil and internationally when needed

What can you look forward to:

  • Leverage the groundwork laid by our distributors to strengthen Safetica’s presence in Brazil, actively working to convert leads into long-term customers.

  • Proactively engage in outbound outreach - cold calling, emailing, and networking to identify and qualify new business opportunities to pass to our partners.

  • Expand our reach by working with established, regulated market segments that already benefit from our solutions while also exploring new opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with sales engineering, support, and engineering teams to tailor solutions, ensuring a seamless customer journey from first contact to long-term success.

  • Bring your ideas to the table to shape our growth strategy and identify opportunities we might not have considered.
