The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) supports Safetica’s North American (US & Canada) sales motion by owning smaller opportunities, managing renewals, and driving the pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner collaboration.
This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional (2+ years BDR/SDR experience) who is ready to take on a full-cycle sales role. The ISR will work directly with small-to-mid-size businesses and channel partners to qualify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, high activity levels, and the ability to build trust with prospects and partners across phone, video meetings, and email.
Your responsibilities
Generate and manage new pipeline through high-activity outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn) and disciplined follow-up while qualifying inbound opportunities from small to mid-size businesses
Own smaller sales cycles end-to-end—from discovery and consultative solution positioning through proposal, negotiation, close, and renewal
Lead discovery calls and virtual meetings to understand customer security challenges and present clear, value-driven Safetica solutions aligned to business outcomes
Collaborate with channel partners and resellers to qualify opportunities, support partner-led deals, and help position Safetica solutions with their customers
Manage renewals and expansion opportunities for smaller accounts, coordinating with Customer Success to maintain account health, ensure adoption, and identify upsell potential
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and activity tracking in the company CRM while ensuring timely follow-up and strong communication with customers and partners
What are we looking for
Proven track record with 2+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or early-stage sales role, preferably in B2B environments
Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with North American customers
Strong phone presence and the ability to lead professional virtual meetings
Experience engaging prospects through phone, email, and video-based sales conversations
Proven ability to manage pipeline activity, follow-ups, and opportunities in a CRM environment
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and ownership of sales activities
Nice to have
Experience selling SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT solutions
Experience selling to North American customers or supporting US-based sales teams
Exposure to channel sales or partner relationships
