Job requirements

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN SAFETICA?

  • Manage the development and integrations with internal and 3rd party business systems and services (CRM, ERP, data warehouse, and more) .
  • Interact with all business units (R&D, Sales, Marketing, Delivery teams, Management) to understand and prioritize requirements .
  • Define long-term strategy as well as short-term goals with respect to business and users’ needs .
  • Cooperate with internal developers and 3rd party suppliers on the specifics of individual requirements and new features .
  • Ensure smooth delivery of implemented features into production (testing, user training, and post-release support in cooperation with the Systems team) .
  • Supervise utilization and efficiency/ROI of business systems .
  • In the future, you will also lead a small Systems team.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Good understanding of the role and operations of business systems within a B2B software/IT company .
  • Proven experience as a business analyst, systems architect, or similar .
  • Ability to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams - general understanding of their terminology, KPIs, and processes .
  • Ability to lead and participate in multiple projects from multiple business areas effectively .
  • Excellent time management skills .
  • Advanced knowledge of Czech/Slovak language is a plus.


What is an advantage?

  • Experience with any of CRM or ERP administration, reporting (PowerBI, Tableau, QlickSense, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, and/or basic programming skills, or experience with defining development tasks.
