Safetica is a Czech software company with almost 100 technology/data security experts developing the software that protects companies from all over the world against data loss, misuse, and internal threats. We are present on 120 markets and partner with ESET, Fortinet and Microsoft, were featured in Gartner and Infotech.

We are growing our sales team led by Jirka Matouch and your contribution will have an impact on the whole company.  There are two main parts of our Sales department → Domestic and International sales.​

- CZ/SK sales department often communicates with end customers and resellers.​

- International sales works mainly with distributors, resellers and a couple of times with end customers also.​

Our main goal si to open new business opportunities and take care of our current customers/resellers/distributors.​

We cooperate closely with Marketing, Back Office, Support & Delivery and other Teams to support our needs.

There are 13 people in the team based in Brno or in Prague.


  • Acquire new partners and build Safetica partner network and help with international channel development and expansion mostly in Europe.
  • Look after existing partners and help them with business activities such as the acquisition of new customers, pricing strategies and marketing.
  • Represent Safetica at various online and offline events globally.
  • Organize sales training within channel partner organizations.
  • Cooperate with marketing on campaign preparation.
  • Engage in pipeline forecasting.
  • Share with us the feedback from the market and monitor the activities of our competition.

Job requirements


  • Experience with international business and indirect sales - good knowledge of IT and especially IT security is an advantage so you can start quickly in the position. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English which you will use on daily basis, any other European language is an advantage.
  • Love to travel – you will visit our international partners two or three times per quarter.
