YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


You will be responsible for all Global Sales activities, definition and execution of Sales strategy and priorities globally, managing and leading the Sales team, and implementing and optimizing the sales-related processes.

You will also be responsible for reaching revenue goals via in-direct sales (our business partners) & fulfilling Sales KPIs.

The current Sales team consists of Sales reps based in CZ/SK only, but you might be expanding the team to other countries in the future.

In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with Marketing, Product Management teams, and Customer support departments.


Job requirements

  • Experience from a similar role and successful management and development of a Sales team with 10+  people in the international B2B (preferably SaaS) industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, negotiation, presentation and listening skills.
