Job requirements


  • Be a CRM expert, point of contact, and consultant for all departments.
  • Understand and coordinate activities of individual departments (Sales, Marketing, Support) to fulfill their specific business needs.
  • Introduce, promote and enforce best practice use cases in cooperation with team leads.
  • Cooperate with our developers and business stakeholders on the design and implementation of integrations between CRM and other internal systems (ERP, Partner Portal, reporting).
  • Supervise data integrity and clarity within CRM and between all connected systems.


  • At least 1 year of proven hands-on experience with CRM administration/consultancy (longer experience is a plus) or similar cloud solution integrations with 3rd party systems.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus. 
  • Ability to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams - general understanding of their terminology, KPIs, and processes.
  • At least B2 level knowledge of English. You will use it on a daily basis.
  • Formal HubSpot certification (Platform Consulting, Reporting, Sales Enablement) is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, ERP platforms in general, and/or basic programming skills are an advantage.
