Miloš and his team responsible for Partner Onboarding, Early Product Adoption, implementation of Customer POCs, and more. As a Sales Engineer, you will support the LATAM Sales team based in Bogota, Colombia, and closely collaborate with Territory Managers for multiple key Latin American countries. You will also work closely with the Customer Support and Success, and collaborate with other departments, including Marketing and Product Management.

What will you do in Safetica

  • Manage current Latin American distribution channels, assist with onboarding and certifying new partners, and assist them in acquiring new customers.

  • Help distributors or directly demonstrate Safetica products to prospecting customers and partners. 

  • Plan scope and timeline for new POCs/trials and their execution. 

  • Support the Sales team in assigned key markets, e.g., Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, the rest of Central America, and similar.   

  • Participate in cross-team or internal company key projects.  

  • Handle technical tickets in CRM, and customer-, partner-, and internal-facing emails and other communication. 

  • Be ready to travel and showcase Safetica at global industry events, both online and in person.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Customer Support areas in the Cybersecurity industry/space.

  • Proficiency in common IT systems, operating systems, and tools, such as CRMs, MS Windows, and M365.

  • Knowledge of computer networks, architecture, and IT security standards.

  • A native of Spanish and English with language proficiency at the C1 level. A big plus is being fluent in Brazilian Portuguese.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated personality with the ability to bring new ideas/improvements to existing processes.
