Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join our team. This role is crucial for overseeing financial operations, ensuring sound accounting practices, and contributing to our strategic planning. You’ll work closely with our CFO, adding depth to accounting while focusing primarily on financial reporting, including PowerBI data analysis. Currently, our accounting is done via an external company. We will ensure you have an overlap with them for the tasks handover.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Proven experience in financial control or a similar role

• Understanding of accounting principles

• Proficiency in reporting tools, especially PowerBI

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in the tech industry or a startup environment

• Exposure to data security or software solutions companies

• Knowledge of the US accounting practices
