To support our ambitious plans, we’re looking for an HR Generalist who will not only help us attract top talent but also ensure they thrive throughout their Safetica journey.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: You have about 2 years of HR experience, including recruitment. Previous in-house experience or experience in a growing start-up or small company is a big plus.

  • Languages: You’re fluent in Czech and English, and conducting interviews in both doesn’t faze you.

  • Tools: You have at least 1 year of experience working with an ATS or recruitment database. You’re familiar with the Microsoft environment (Teams, Outlook, Office), and you’ve used project management tools to keep your work organized.

  • People-Centric: You genuinely care about people, ensuring they feel supported and valued from onboarding to offboarding.

  • Mindset: You have a can-do attitude, care deeply about creating a positive employee experience, and are open to HR-related projects that make our work more efficient.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft attractive job postings.

  • Source, screen, and engage with candidates, using a variety of tools and strategies.

  • Conduct interviews in English and Czech while ensuring a great candidate experience.

  • Provide an excellent onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and set up for success.

  • Support employees throughout their journey at Safetica, from helping resolve any issues to facilitating skills development together with their managers.

  • Work closely with managers on HR topics such as performance reviews, career development, and team engagement.

  • Be there for employees during offboarding, ensuring a respectful and professional process when it’s necessary.

  • Contribute to HR projects that enhance processes, efficiency, and overall employee satisfaction.
