Job requirements

Become a partner to our hiring managers (especially in the R&D team) and join our HR team with HR Manager Anna and HR Coordinator Veronika.

We will give you a lot of space to put your ideas into practice quickly. With freedom comes responsibility, in this case, you will be in charge of finding the best way how to present Safetica as an interesting place to work for technical experts and how to find the talent we need for our growth.


  • You will lead the recruitment process for all roles in our R&D Department (SW Developers, testers, Product Managers, etc.) from sourcing to the job offer. The majority of the team is based in Brno and around but you will be exploring other regions to get the best talent.
  • Our goal is to provide all necessary support and timely and professional communication to our colleagues and candidates and you will be part of this mission.
  • You will act as an advisor to our hiring managers and create hiring strategies that reflect our business needs.
  • Engage with the technical community by producing relevant content for our LinkedIn page or a blog, taking part in tech events, and cooperate with our Marketing team.
  • Help us with the improvement of our internal processes and company presentation (onboarding, knowledge sharing…).
  • You will be involved also in personnel administration.
  • Learn a lot from our team(s) and vice versa 😊


  • Ideally, you already have some experience with the recruitment process in an IT company/agency so you get into the role quickly.
  • Great English is needed too, as you will be communicating in English internally and with our candidates.
  • We value a strong sense of ownership for the results, and a creative and solution-seeking personality able to establish partnerships with our hiring managers.


  • The balance between work, family, hobbies, or anything else: We have a shorter workweek (37.5 hours/week), 5 weeks of vacation, 5 sick/volunteering days, and flexible working hours.
  • Working onsite or partially from home. In August, we are moving to the brand-new offices at Ponavka office park, Brno, yay!
