Job requirements

Join a team responsible for Safetica's internal systems and data. Become the owner of our HubSpot CRM, used by over 40 users across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Management. Drive HubSpot adoption and integrations with other internal systems.


WHAT WILL YOU DO IN SAFETICA?

  • Be a HubSpot expert, point of contact, and consultant for all departments.
  • Understand and coordinate activities of individual departments (Sales, Marketing, Support) to fulfill their specific business needs.
  • Introduce, promote and enforce best practice use cases in cooperation with team leads.
  • Cooperate with our developers and business stakeholders on the design and implementation of integrations between HubSpot and other internal systems (ERP, Partner Portal, reporting).
  • Supervise data integrity and clarity within HubSpot and between all connected systems.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • At least 1 year of proven hands-on experience with HubSpot administration (longer experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of SalesHUB, MarketingHUB, and ServiceHUB features, capabilities, and configuration.
  • Ability to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams - general understanding of their terminology, KPIs, and processes.
  • Proven experience with managing HubSpot integration with 3rd party systems (API, CRM Cards, custom apps).
  • At least B2 level knowledge of English. You will use it on a daily basis.
  • Formal HubSpot certification (Platform Consulting, Reporting, Sales Enablement) is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, ERP platforms in general, and/or basic programming skills are an advantage.
