We're looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to own, plan, and execute impactful campaigns, activities, and regional events alongside our global network of channel and alliance partners. This role will play a pivotal part in growing our channel-generated business and requires someone enthusiastic about channel marketing and demand gen who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with marketing and channel sales teams to design and execute partner campaigns that generate global pipeline growth.
Partner with our alliances team and strategic partners to coordinate demand-generation activities that boost mutual business outcomes.
Plan, develop, and deliver quarterly partner enablement webinars, relevant content, newsletters, and timely ad-hoc communications.
Oversee our Through-Channel Marketing Automation platform, proposing innovative partner-focused campaigns to increase customer engagement.
Manage the operations and content of Safetica’s BrandCloud partner portal, enhancing user experience, ensuring timely updates, and resolving technical issues.
Collaborate with internal content and product marketing teams to curate essential resources and assets specifically tailored for partner success.
Provide logistical support for partner-related events, including national programs and partner summits, ensuring smooth execution.
Ensure consistent and easy accessibility of partner marketing materials by organizing and maintaining shared drives and resource libraries.
Your Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant experience in partner/channel marketing and demand generation.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English (C1 level or higher).
Proven experience managing partner communications and event planning.
Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Familiarity with partner enablement platforms and MDF tools.
Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and partner platforms/PRM tools.
Experience using AI for job efficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot, Gemini).
Background in the cybersecurity industry is preferred. Familiarity with cybersecurity products, partner types (e.g., MSSPs, VARs, distributors), and market trends is a strong advantage.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
