Presales Consultant – Engage our partners with Onboarding Program

We’re a game-changing IT security company with a startup mentality. Safetica is one of the very few software companies in the world helping to protect clients from internal threats. Now it is time to engage and onboard new (channel) partners through our new Partner Program and Onboarding Process.

Join Miloš and Adam in our newly established Presales team and help them to keep quality while expanding into other regions. In your role, you will be closely working with your colleagues from Support & Delivery (led by Martin) but also with other departments including Sales, Marketing, and Development.

Your mission

  • Be responsible for onboarding of partners worldwide. Help our partners to gain the necessary knowledge to adopt the new Partner Program. As a result, we will build a strong Safetica partner network on key markets together!
  • Be technical support for our international sales team. We are able to handle basic technical issues, cover Tier 1 project activities, and all presales communication. To mention some of them:
    • We work closely with our colleagues from International Sales to evaluate and delivery RFI/RFP documents to our partners and their customers.
    • During the early onboarding stages of our partners, often we demonstrate our products on Safetica Demo remote sessions to them or their customers.
    • We help to ensure our customers are happy by providing the best services within a Customer Success process.
  • Be in constant touch with other sub-teams from Support Department – Troubleshooting and Delivery.
  • Pass on feedback from partner’s markets and consult technical/presales activities with our partners.
  • Cooperate with our Product Management team in regard to feature requests coming from our partners.
  • Represent Safetica globally at various online and on-site events.
  • Bring new ideas and improvements to existing processes.

Job requirements

What are your skills?

  • Experience with presales agenda on a senior level: technical and product training, product webinars and demos, partner onboarding, and of course communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT standards, network architecture, and modern systems.
  • Ability to handle basic technical issues: experience with support ticketing as an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of IT security: modern standards and concepts.
  • At least C1 level knowledge of English and good knowledge of Spanish.
  • Ability to lead both internal and business meetings on a senior level and work independently.
