Why are we hiring this role for our Presales team?

Recently, we have worked hard to create the best onboarding experience. Now, using our new processes, it is time to activate new distributors and partners in the key regions.

Join Miloš, Adam and Michal in our Presales team where you will be helping us to increase the quality of our newly qualified partners. In your role, you will be closely working with our channel managers and additionally, a daily touch with Support & Delivery, and communication with other departments including Marketing and Product Management is expected.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • If you have excellent English, you will support  our channel development primarily on key markets like North America, APAC region, and domestic markets – Czech and Slovak. 
  • If you are fluent in German, you will focus on DACH Market.
  • Help us to activate new partners and throughout the experience and help them gain the necessary knowledge to promote, demonstrate and implement Safetica. As a result, together we will build a strong partner network in this key market!
  • Be technical support for our sales team. We are able to investigate and report basic technical issues, cover all 1st level activities and all Pre-Sales communication. To mention some of them:
    • We work closely with our colleagues from Sales to evaluate and deliver RFI/RFP documents to our partners and their customers.
    • During the early stages of our Partner Activation process, often we demonstrate our products online to them or their customers.
    • We help to ensure our customers are happy by providing the best services to increase their Health Score and ensure Customer Success.
  • Be in constant touch with other sub-teams from Support Department – Troubleshooting and Delivery.
  • Pass on feedback from partner’s markets and consult technical/presales activities with our partners.
  • Cooperate with our Product Management team in regard to feature requests coming from our partners.
  • Represent Safetica globally at various online and on-site events.
  • Bring new ideas and improvements to existing processes.

Job requirements

  • At least C1 level knowledge of English/German. 
  • Experience with presales agenda: technical and product training, product webinars and demos, partner onboarding and of course communication skills. 
  • Good knowledge of IT standards, network architecture and modern systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle basic technical issues: experience with support ticketing.
  • Basic knowledge of IT security: modern standards and concepts. (very nice to have)
