Job description
The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) plays a pivotal role in driving product adoption, engagement, and business growth. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to develop compelling messaging, go-to-market strategies, and impactful content that resonates with clients and business partners.

Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
Market Positioning & Strategy – Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to refine messaging and positioning for Safetica’s offerings.
Go-to-Market Strategy – Develop and execute GTM strategies, including pricing, packaging, and audience segmentation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Sales Enablement – Create high-impact materials (battlecards, pitch decks, product guides, FAQs) that empower Sales and Customer Success teams to drive conversions.
Content Development – Work with Content and SME teams to produce thought leadership assets (whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars) that support product marketing initiatives.
Customer & Market Intelligence – Gather and analyze data to understand buyer personas, market trends, and competitive positioning, informing messaging and strategy.
Product Launches – Lead GTM efforts for new product features and enhancements, ensuring strong adoption and market impact.
Analyst Relations – Build relationships with key industry analysts to establish thought leadership and drive brand awareness in cybersecurity and compliance.
Performance Measurement – Track pipeline, adoption, and retention metrics, leveraging insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Experience – 3-5 years in product marketing, with at least 2-3 years in cybersecurity or compliance.
Industry Knowledge—Familiarity with SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST, and ISO is preferred; a working knowledge of penetration testing and vulnerability scanning is a plus.
Technical Proficiency – Expertise in HubSpot required; Salesforce (SFDC) knowledge is a plus.
Strong Communicator – Ability to translate complex security concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Experience working across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive alignment and results.
Sales Enablement – Proven ability to develop effective sales collateral and enablement strategies.
Analytical Mindset – Experience using data to measure performance and optimize marketing strategies.
Writing & Content Strategy – Strong writing skills with experience developing content for B2B security and IT audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B cybersecurity marketing within a startup or agency setting.
Familiarity with AI-driven content creation and performance measurement tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory environments in cybersecurity.
