Job requirements

  • Experience: You have about 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on R&D or technical roles. Previous in-house experience or experience in a growing start-up or small company is a big plus.

  • Languages: You’re fluent in Czech and English, conducting interviews in both doesn’t faze you.

  • Tools: You have at least 1 year of experience working with an ATS or recruitment database. You’re familiar with the Microsoft environment (Teams, Outlook, Office), and you’ve used project management tools to keep your work organized.

  • Sourcing Skills: LinkedIn is your friend, but it’s not your only tool. You’re creative and persistent when it comes to finding the right candidates.

  • Mindset: You have a can-do attitude, care deeply about creating a positive candidate experience, and are open to recruitment-related projects that make our work more efficient.

  • Bonus Points: You enjoy sharing your latest sourcing tricks and tips with the team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft attractive job postings.

  • Source, screen, and engage with candidates, using a variety of tools and strategies.

  • Conduct interviews in English and Czech while ensuring a great candidate experience.

  • Manage our ATS to keep the recruitment process smooth and organized.

  • Work on recruitment projects that improve processes and bring fresh ideas to the table.

  • Focus on building pipelines for IT and R&D roles, knowing they can be tough but rewarding.
