This is a junior-level opportunity, ideal for someone with initial hands-on experience in renewals, upsell, sales administration, or Customer Success in a SaaS or subscription-based environment.

As part of the Sales team, the Renewal Account Specialist focuses on the renewal and retention of existing customers, interacting with distribution and reseller partners. You will manage subscription renewals end-to-end, and act as a strategic bridge between Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Distributors and Partners, proactively mitigating churn, supporting renewal negotiations, and maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity within our internal systems.

What will you do

  • Manage and own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for customers, distributor and reseller accounts, ensuring timely and successful renewals.

  • Lead renewal discussions, including pricing adjustments and contract terms, in close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and resellers, proactively monitoring account health and identifying renewal risks to mitigate churn.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for renewal-related topics, clearly communicating the ongoing value of Safetica’s cybersecurity solutions and addressing partner or customer concerns.

  • Coordinate renewal activities, including license management, quoting, contract documentation, and cooperation with Back Office teams.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support forecasting and reporting.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support renewals and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

  • Prepare reports and insights on renewals, retention, forecasted performance, and customer sentiment for internal stakeholders.

  • Collect and share partner feedback, contributing to process improvements and optimization of the renewal workflow.

What we expect from you 

  • 1–2 years of experience in Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success within a SaaS environment.

  • Proven ability to manage renewal discussions, including pricing and contract terms.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).

  • Strong focus on data accuracy and contract documentation.

  • Customer- and partner-oriented mindset with strong relationship management skills.

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) for daily communication with international partners.

  • Experience with subscription-based business models; cybersecurity or data-protection knowledge is an advantage.
