This marks an exciting new chapter for Safetica as we expand our brand recognition across the Americas, and we’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to drive our LATAM growth.
We need more than just a strategist - we’re looking for a player-coach who leads by example. You’ll roll up your sleeves, actively developing business in Central America while mentoring and empowering your team across LATAM. At the same time, you'll refine sales strategies, remove roadblocks, and build a high-performance sales culture.
Job requirements
5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in the LATAM region.
Deep understanding of the LATAM market, including its cultural and business nuances.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage and develop a high-performing sales team across multiple countries.
Proficiency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM tools and sales performance data.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
Willingness to travel extensively within the LATAM region and internationally as required.
