Are you looking for a Scrum Master role that goes beyond the ordinary? While you’ll be responsible for the core Scrum Master responsibilities — facilitating ceremonies, supporting teams, and driving Agile best practices — you’ll also have the unique opportunity to shape your own focus areas within our R&D organization.

In addition to working closely with two development teams, you’ll have the flexibility to choose where you want to make the biggest impact. What You’ll Do

• Guide and support two Scrum Teams, ensuring Agile principles are effectively applied.

• Drive team collaboration and continuous improvement in a fast-paced R&D environment.

• Promote Agile values and foster a culture of transparency and feedback across teams.

• Set up and implement cross-team collaboration, ensuring smooth cooperation and alignment across teams.

• Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize delivery processes.

• Work closely with other departments such as HR, IT, BackOffice, and Support to enhance overall company agility.

What We Expect From You

• Experience as a Scrum Master or leading a Scrum Team in a technology-driven environment.

• Strong organizational and facilitation skills – you know how to keep teams focused and engaged.

• Passion for Agile principles and a deep understanding of Scrum or Kanban.

• Interest in cross-team collaboration and the ability to support synchronization across multiple teams.

• Familiarity with scaling frameworks (e.g., LeSS, SAFe, Nexus) is a plus.

• Ability to work at both the team and organizational levels, driving Agile adoption beyond a single team.

• Excellent communication skills – you can guide discussions and manage different perspectives effectively.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a desire to continuously improve processes.
