We’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own and execute high-impact ABM and demand generation programs, generate qualified leads, and accelerate our pipeline growth in the US and Canadian markets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor—comfortable owning campaigns, tools, and reporting from end to end.  NOTE: This position must be located in or around the San Francisco, South Bay or San Jose Areas.

What You Will Do 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts to drive pipeline and revenue. 

  • Plan, create, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email, digital, paid social, and events to engage target audiences. 

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms and CRM ensuring seamless lead tracking, nurturing, and conversion. 

  • Leverage intent data to identify and prioritize in-market accounts, continuously refining targeting and messaging. 

  • Lead event marketing initiatives, including webinars, industry conferences, and trade shows, ensuring alignment with our ABM strategy. 

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to create highly targeted messaging, compelling offers, and effective campaign assets. 

  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance using clear metrics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and ROI. 

Must-Haves

  • Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in demand generation, ABM, and lead generation—ideally in cybersecurity. 

  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and various digital marketing channels. 

  • Proven ability to leverage intent data in campaign planning and execution. 

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights. 

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working in SaaS organizations. 

  • Familiarity with event management and execution in a B2B environment. 

  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup or rapidly evolving environment.

  • Compensation: $130,000 - $155,000
