Today we offer one product experience, sold as a subscription, available either customer-hosted (on-premises) or vendor-hosted in our cloud, with identical UX and capabilities in both environments. 

We earned our reputation for user-friendly endpoint DLP, but modern work increasingly happens in SaaS apps and browsers, where “files” are really cloud data. Our growing platform extends protection to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, BYOD, and other cloud-centric workflows, while maintaining strong endpoint coverage. 

In this role, you’ll lead the shift from an endpoint-first to a cloud-first strategy, making SaaS protection the default and guiding how people use AI-powered tools. You’ll collaborate with customers and business partners, influence investments, and shape the product’s evolution within our small, iterative team. 

You’ll also play a key role in redefining our business model and market positioning as we expand cloud data protection, integrate advanced capabilities such as AI analytics and big data, and define the future of cybersecurity. 

What you'll be working on  

• Drive product discovery and improvement: how to approach the emerging market trends and new customer needs? That’s the key question to solve. You will contribute to research, validate ideas, and help shape the product vision. 

• Develop market understanding: Continuously monitor relevant markets, technological trends, and business models. Conduct user and market research to identify and articulate unmet customer needs and potential opportunities. 

• Translate technical concepts: Turn complex ideas into clear solution visions. Advocate for the chosen approach and collaborate with cross-functional and customer-facing teams to ensure the product vision is well understood, implemented, and adopted. 

• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders: Work closely with developers, designers, sales, marketing, and customers to ensure features not only address real user problems but also deliver sustainable business value. 

• Manage product development lifecycles: Yes, we need you to be part of the regular process too. Participate in sprints and releases, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, and balance business value with technical constraints. 

What we expect from you 

Experience & background 

• Previous experience in an IT, technology, or software company is required, ideally with at least 3 years of professional experience. 

• Experience in software product management or related areas such as project management, IT, technology, or business. 

• Hands-on experience with product discovery, user research, process management, or product marketing is a strong plus.  

• Interest in cloud solutions, SaaS, cybersecurity and startup ecosystems and have a good understanding of tech trends and their business impact. 

Communication & presentation 

• Strong communication skills across diverse audiences, including technical and business stakeholders. 

• Skilled at simplifying complexity and making ideas easy to understand. 

• Fluent in English (internal and external communication).

• Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership, motivate the people around. 

• Collaborative team player who shares knowledge, respects others, and works effectively across functions.
