Join our Business Systems Operations team led by Jana Chamula and become one of the key persons who manage the development and usage of our internal systems – CRM, ERP, and partner portal. Determine the development direction of these systems, and make them complex, interconnected, and automated. You will cooperate with our Senior Systems Developer and Front Developer. 

What are some of the high-impact opportunities you will tackle? 

This is one of the key roles for our company, directly supporting the Back Office/Sales/Sales Engineering teams and ensuring smooth operations for our partners and customers.  

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for: 

• Development of our internal ERP system and its integration with CRM system and others. 

• Automatization of business processes. 

• Communication with users and overall technical solutions. 

• Essential knowledge of PHP, SQL, and Git.  

• Basic experience in the development of internal systems. 

• Basic experience in business processes, and operations, and willingness to improve them. 

• English language proficiency at the B2 level.

• Fluent knowledge of the Czech/Slovak language.

• Ability to work independently, be detailed oriented, and have effective communication skills with technical and non-technical people. 

Nice to have:

• Experience with Zend or Laravel Framework, Docker, basic DevOps knowledge.
