The Distribution Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with distributors and resellers across the EU region, driving sales growth, and onboarding new partners to expand market coverage. The role focuses on enabling

distributors to increase their sales to resellers and end customers, coordinating joint marketing activities, and ensuring alignment with the company’s channel strategy. Travel is expected approximately 20–50% of the time.

What will you do

  • Actively generate and qualify leads, recruit and onboard new distributors and resellers.

  • Drive sales growth and market development through strategic outreach and relationship building within the channel.

  • Conduct sales meetings and product presentations online and at industry events, effectively demonstrating products to distributors, resellers and VARs.

  • Manage and update the sales pipeline in cooperation with distribution partners.

  • Maintain high-quality data in internal systems, capturing information from distributors, partners, and internal teams.

  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns, conferences, webinars, and partner activities to boost sales.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, business development, and relationship management in B2B, software, or technology-related products, ideally in distribution or channel sales.

  • Knowledge of channel incentive programs, MDF, and partner enablement is a plus.

  • Interest in and familiarity with the technical aspects of the products or services being sold.

  • Strong negotiation skills to close agreements and maintain profitable, mutually beneficial relationships with distributors and resellers.

  • Ability to deliver engaging product presentations and demos, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with marketing, technical, and sales teams.

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and advanced MS 365 skills, including document creation, spreadsheets, presentations, and data analysis. 

  • Fluent English in speaking and writing (C1/C2). Additional languages are a plus
