Currently we are looking for new Sales Director for EMEA & APAC into our Prague office.
What will you do in Safetica
Summary:
The Sales Director role centers on steering the sales team towards achieving business and revenue goals, while aligning with the broader objectives of the company. This position requires a keen understanding of market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize existing sales strategies. The role involves comprehensive management of team operations, including budgeting, and strategic planning, to ensure effective market development activities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and customers is crucial, along with providing guidance and support to the team. The Sales Director also plays a vital role in recruiting, training, and coaching team members, ensuring they adhere to company processes and promoting a collaborative work environment.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Lead the sales team to meet business and revenue goals and coach the team for optimal performance.
Analyze regional market trends to enhance sales and identify new opportunities.
Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and growth plans in line with company targets.
Set and monitor objectives and metrics for team performance and development.
Build and maintain key partner and customer relationships; attend strategic events to guide the team and explore new opportunities.
Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the sales team and company.
Educate the team on industry trends, competitive landscape, regulations, and changes in our products/services.
Ensure the sales team adheres to company processes, especially regarding data quality.
Recruit, train, onboard and coach team members on company systems, products, services, and market specifics.
Manage our Polish distributor
Job requirements
Education and specializations:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or relevant experience.
Experience:
Extensive previous experience in enterprise software sales.
Strong IT background, preferably in the cybersecurity area.
Experience with leading a sales team, setting sales targets, and driving team performance.
Language & Computer skills:
English: Advanced
Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho…).
MS Office 365 – advanced user, can create complex documents, spreadsheets, presentations and can analyze data.
Other skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for building relationships with customers, partners, and team members.
Deep understanding of the business environment and market dynamics, with the ability to make informed decisions that benefit the sales department and the company as a whole.
Proficiency in negotiation, with a talent for closing deals and maintaining profitable relationships with customers and partners.
Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, forecast sales, and analyze data to inform strategies and decisions.
